At PostLearn, we are committed to providing quality educational content. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Once content, courses, or subscriptions are purchased and accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Users are advised to review course details, demos, or free previews (if available) before making a purchase.

2. Accidental Purchases

In case of duplicate or accidental payments, users must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction. Valid cases will be reviewed, and a refund may be processed at the discretion of PostLearn.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions anytime via their account settings or app store. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

4. Technical Issues

If a user is unable to access purchased content due to verified technical errors on our platform, a refund or alternative solution (e.g., course replacement, credits) may be provided after investigation.

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments

Refund requests for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions must be raised immediately. After verification, refunds will be processed, and the account may be suspended for security reasons.

6. Refund Process (if eligible)

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Users must provide transaction details, proof of payment, and account details for verification.

7. Company Rights

PostLearn reserves the right to reject refund requests if they do not meet the criteria above. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

Note

Purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store are bound by their respective refund policies.
