1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PostLearn (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by students, parents, teachers, and schools. Users under 18 years must use the Platform with parental or school guidance.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate details when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any misuse or unauthorized activity through your account is your responsibility.
• Sharing accounts with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
• Schools/teachers using the platform must ensure compliance with applicable child protection laws.

4. Use of Platform

The Platform is for educational purposes only. Users agree not to misuse the content, copy, redistribute, or exploit materials for unauthorized commercial purposes. Schools and parents are responsible for ensuring children use the app appropriately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and designs are the exclusive property of PostLearn. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Teachers may upload limited content for students, but by doing so, they grant PostLearn a license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments for premium features are non-refundable once content is accessed. In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be processed upon review. All transactions comply with applicable payment regulations.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only necessary information to enhance the learning experience. Schools and parents are responsible for ensuring consent when student data is shared. Data will be collected, stored, and used in line with the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or exploit others.
• Spread misinformation, hate speech, or harmful material.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform operations.

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Compliance with Law and Government

All users must comply with local, state, and national laws. PostLearn reserves the right to provide user data to government authorities if required under applicable laws. Any content violating government regulations, copyright law, or child safety laws will be immediately removed. Misuse of the Platform that violates government rules will result in suspension or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

PostLearn provides educational tools “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for specific purposes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. Schools and parents may request account removal upon notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Modifications & Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of changes via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
