At PostLearn, we provide our users with full control over their personal data, including the right to permanently delete their account and associated information.

1. Deletion Request

Users can request account deletion by emailing our support team from their registered email address. This process ensures that your request is handled securely and your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

2. Data Removal Scope

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Personal profile details (Name, Email, Phone Number).
  • Learning history and progress analytics.
  • Completed quiz results and performance reports.
  • Virtual coin balance and rewards.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Deleting your account will immediately terminate any active premium subscriptions. Please note that as per our refund policy, payments are generally non-refundable once content is accessed. Ensure you have reviewed your billing status before proceeding with deletion.

4. Retained Information

We may retain certain technical logs or transaction records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax compliance or preventing fraudulent activity). However, no personal identifier information will be used for marketing or educational tracking after deletion.
